Abby Lenhart, PT, DPT
Abby Lenhart is the Director of Commonwealth Physical Therapy. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Bellarmine University in Louisville, KY. She then earned her Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy also from Bellarmine University. Her prior employment includes Physical Therapist at the Kentucky Orthopedic Rehab Team and PRN Physical Therapist at Norton Women’s and Children’s Hospital. Abby is certified in dry needling, ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation, and BLS. At Bellarmine, she earned a Bellarmine Distinguished Scholar Award and a Monsignor Horrigan Scholar Award. She also received an Athletic Scholarship for softball. As part of her Doctoral degree, Abby completed her capstone project, “Interprofessional Collaborative Practice Through Care of Collegiate Student Athletes.”
Nicole Gagnaire-Baker, PT
Nicole Gagnaire-Baker, PT is a Physical Therapist at Commonwealth Physical Therapy. Gagnaire-Baker earned her master’s degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Hartford in West Hartford, CT. Prior to joining our team, Gagnaire-Baker was a Physical Therapist at NEXT Therapy Solutions in Louisville, KY, Norwell VNA & Hospice in Norwell, MA, and VNA Care in Worcester, MA. She has also practiced physical therapy in New Hampshire, Florida, and Utah. Gagnaire-Baker has a strong background in geriatrics and post-op rehab, with an emphasis in manual therapy techniques. Her areas of expertise include home care, home health, rehab, lymphedema, and more. Her certifications include PT certified lymphedema therapist, physical therapy license, and BLS.
